You take full responsibility for all activities under your account, including maintaining secure login credentials.

To use our service, you must be at least 18 years old. If you're creating an account for a business entity, you confirm that you have the proper authorization to represent and bind that organization to these terms.

8. Account Closure

We respect your right to end your relationship with Cunsole at any time. Account closure options are available through your account settings, though any outstanding payments remain your responsibility. After closure, we provide a 30-day window to export your data. While we prefer to provide notice before account termination, we reserve the right to take immediate action in cases of harmful activities or terms violations.

9. Service Standards

While we strive for excellence in our service delivery, it's important to understand that we provide our platform "as is." We continuously work to improve and update our systems but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Our support team operates on a best-effort basis, and features may evolve as we enhance the platform.

10. Liability Boundaries
